Some people aren’t like monkeys, they are not fond of eating bananas. Bananas are also good source of iron thereby cutting the risk of having anemia. To avoid hypoglycemia have some bananas, they also help keep blood-sugar levels up.

During diarrhea bananas can be of great help because they contain fibers that help restore a normal bowel function. They will replenish the depleted potassium, one of the electrolytes lost during diarrhea. In constipation they can aid in a good bowel movement because of its fiber content.
