It seems that the prayers of Kris Aquino and James Yap’s fans aren’t answered with “Yes” because the former is determined to pursue the nullification of their marriage while the latter is determined to do the contrary.
Kris Aquino knew better than her fans why she’s no longer interested in making her marriage with James work. Kris knew the emotional effects it brings to her son James Jr. the appeal of her fans to think and consider her decision for the last time seems passed through deaf ears.
Kris Aquino’s battery of lawyers are now busy working for the nullification of her marriage giving a hint that any attempt of James to counter it will be moot and academic.
Kris is now busy doing her assignments as presidential sister although she has no official position in the government. She’s doing some social works especially in depressed areas in the capital and even in some provinces teaming up with her sisters.

GMA 7 TV Newscast today told that James Yap has all the intentions to reconcile with Kris Aquino to save their relationship for good. James Yap said that he loved Kris Aquino and James Jr. so much, and that he will do everything possible to put things in order and want them back the soonest possible time. He also revealed that what triggered him the most to act and do something to save their relationship was his promised to his mother-in-law former president Cory Aquino (deceased) when she was still alive that he will do everything possible to keep their marriage intact.
James Yap wasn’t able to attend the inauguration day of his brother-in-law and now President of the Philippines Noynoy Aquino for some personal reasons. And when asked why? James said that he doesn’t want to add burden to the president especially that it was a historic day for the country and for the Filipinos. James sent President Noynoy an SMS message asking for an apology why he decided not go in his inauguration day at the Luneta Grandstand on June 30, 2010. James went on to say that President Noynoy expressed understanding about his situation.
It was Kris Aquino who disclosed in her TV program in ABS-CBN network last week that the legal documents for the annulment of their marriage has been on process. Kris Aquino together with her two sons left their house in Valle Verde 2 Pasig City after some consultations with her sisters and some close friends. Kris believed that her decision is final and already asked her lawyers to start processing the annulment of their marriage.
Kris Aquino, a popular TV personality and now a presidential sister, and James Yap, a PBA player, has 5 years of rocky marriage due to many reasons like rumored links of James to other women. Kris Aquino, who is 10 years older than James Yap, thinks that putting an end to their marriage is really a thing that wasn’t easy to do knowing that James Jr. is only 3 years old plus the fact that her brother Noynoy has just won the presidency. On the other hand, she also thinks that it will be helpful for her in the end and also to James if they will part ways for good.
The question now is, how serious is James in saving their marriage? Or is it just only a show to save his face now that Kris Aquino is very much ready to accept whatever the cost it may incur if they part ways?

i agree with you… we all know that we have our pride.. sometimes we have to swaloowed it for the sake of the we loved..
I think both of them should swallow their pride to make the relationship work.
If ever James will really do it, then it will be good to both of them. And by all means, I think Kris will also be accommodating enough so that the reconciliation shall happen for the sake of James Jr. and the people that loved them.
