Case Closed is an anime series based on the Meitantei Conan (Detective Conan) manga series by Gosho Aoyama. In Japan or raw title, Case Close is called Meitantei Conan but in English dub it was renamed Case Closed due to still indisclosed legal issues or concerns with the name Detective Conan.

Case Closed or Detective Conan series is directed by Kenji Kodama and Yasuichiro Yamamoto and produced by Tokyo Movie Shinsha and Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation. The main character of this anime series is teenage detective Jimmy Kudo, who has become a young child again due to a poison called APTX 4869. As detective, he is known as Conan Edogawa staying with the Moores while hiding his true identity for security reasons. Detective Conan helps solve murder cases until the day he can take down the Black Organization – on the biggest mafia organization he will ever face.
Case Closed Or Detective Conan started being aired since January 8, 1996 on Nippon Television Network System in Japan. The English adaptation started being aired on July 5, 2003 in which has an initial of fifty episodes of the English dubbed series aired on Cartoon Network as part of their Adult Swim programming block on May 24, 2004 until January 2005 and were discontinued due to low ratings.
Detective Conan already has sixty-nine songs used as theme music in the series where twenty-eight opening themes, thirty-five closing themes in the Japanese animation. In English adaptation, three opening and four closing themes.
As for CDs or other media distribution kits, Detective Conan already has it that contain the theme music and other tracks of the anime. These media have been released by Universal Music Group in fact as of June 2010, 18 seasons and 151 volumes in total have also been released. Five DVD collection boxes of the English adaption of the anime has been released that contains the first to fifth seasons of the anime.
