What else? eCreamery offers 8% milk-fat in gelato, 14% in super premium, and 12% in classic, as the main ingredients is said to be accurately mixed to avoid the configuration of large crystals and to make sure a smooth and soft product. After the primary mix, a custom recipe according to your order and stipulation is added to the mix. Then after the process is done, your flavor is scooped and packed for shipping. The creamy ice-cream of eCreamery is then packed again, but this time in dry ice, and shipped right to your door step.
Fantastic isn’t it? Yes and no. Why? Yes because you got what you want. No because this luxury is very expensive. A small order of 4 pints of about a single mix with single flavor would cost you up to $52. You might be asking what kind of dollar? Well, it can be US, Australian, Canadian, or Singaporean but still it’s expensive based on the numbers displayed in my calculator’s screen.
