Mayuri told them that those were unbridled zanpakutou which Muramasa materialized. Mayuri named them as Sword Fiends. Rukia together with Senbonzakura and Sodeno Shirayuki looked for the remaining Sword Friends that slipped away during the battle. Rukia and her zanpakutou eventually crossed paths with the sword friends. A fierce fight happened right away which wasn’t easy due to the sword friend’s bankai. But Rukia succeeded in the end and captured the Sword Friends and sent them to the Technological and Research Division.
